Im so furious.
I just found that from the formed supervisor of the accountant departement that
my compagny pay for a shippement for items we never received.
Apparently there are some mixt
up.
Human ressources had purcessing placing order with businnes supplis inc with some new
furnitures.
Purcessing sent out the order letter on september 13 and our accountant departement
sent a business supplies inc a cheque of 7412.78$ on october 5.
As you know magillicuty inc
garanty paiements with in 30 days of received in good not with in 30 days of placing orders.
I
need you to take care of this today send out a claim letter to business supplies inc inform them
that the 5 desks 3 offices chairs 2 filling cabinet and 13 garbages have been pay for but not
received.
I expect full delevery in 2 weeks.
The company can make a special delevery.
Not havin
this delevery mean that 3 of my employees are not able to perform in their job.
This cant
continue.
Magillicuty inc values its business relation ship with business suplies inc and wants
this relation ship to continue.
