« First of all Tupac Amaru Shakur was born in 1971.

He was a famous American rapper and an actor.

Shakur has sold over 75 million albums 2pac was born in east harlem, in NYC, He was named after Túpac Amaru, a Peruvian revolutionary, His parents were active members of black Panters. Shakur lived from an early age with people who were struggling and who were imprisoned. When he was young, he do theater, and he was already the best rapper of his school. In 1988, he went to California, that's when he'll start a new life, 2PAC career beagan in 1990, with his first album 2PACALYPSE now and his role in Juice. Shortly after, he create THUG LIFE, thug life means “ vie de voyou”, it was a group, who relased albums named THUG LIFE, and Thug life is the acronym of The Hate U Give Little Infants Fucks Everybody, it’s a philosophic lifestyle.

THUG LIFE was a kind of movement which wanted to fight against the disreputable ghettos In 1994, he was shot 5 times, with 2 bullets in his head. 2pac accuses his friend, Notorious big an other rapper from NYC, to plotting against him. It will star the East coast, west coast hip hop rivalry, who opposed rappers from the east and rappers from west, 2pac will attack violament to Biggie and Bad boyz records with songs like I Hit'em up. This conflicts will be mediated and led to several clash between rappers.

I’m going to talk about some things he do to help people. For exemple he organized free concerts in the schools, and the only possibility for the student to watch the show was to have good marks.

He baught 850.000 toys for the foster school in Campton.

He baught 400 000 dollars of turkey to feed the LA’s poor for thanksgiving.

He finance several charity and his fortune still finance a lot of them, he wanted to create a political party for everybody who build America and who have nothing in compensation. To conclude, I choose 2pac because I think that he represents very well the American dream.

Indeed he start from scratch and he became famous and he made a lot of money.

I think he embodies the idea of this dream, of this land of opportunities.

His premature death highlight this Myth because the way to success is not easy and the fame have a price.

I think he’ss a hero because he brought a lot to the music world and also to the disvantaged people who fight every day for their rights.
